Refund & Return Policy

At Divine Crochet, many of our items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or made in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at therobins.grove.contact@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Handmade crochet items

  • Original artwork

  • Made-to-order or custom items

  • Digital products

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun or an item has shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
